Missing User Id Numbers

    Recently my website had been HACKED
    I’ve managed to restore the website after reading advise from forums.
    I’ve scanned all files before we installing as advised
    However when I’ve changed the user passwords within my Cpanel, i’ve noticed id#2 missing totally.
    Alarm Bells are ringing, should I be worried, any advise, can someone recommend a sercurity plugin.
    Any Help appreciated
