Missing type in review box

    I corrected the code myself yesterday. So it works now.

    But there are some problems with your fields “Author name”, “Type” and “Reviewed by”.
    The fields “Author Name” and “Type” dependent on each other, that doesnt make sense. And “Reviewed by” have a CSS problem, line 1233 in main.css, if I recall correct.
