   Hello there,

   I'm sure this is a very newbie question, so I apologize for that in advance. But I was attempting to download a pre-existing theme from wordpress (specifically "Adventure Journal") and it failed and gave me the following error:

   The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

   I've tried to reinstall it and it says:

   Unpacking the package…

   Installing the theme…

   Destination folder already exists. /hermes/web10/b278/moo.loveandlearningchild/announcements/wp-content/themes/adventure-journal/

   Theme install failed.

   I tried downloading a different theme and it worked just fine. However, unfortunately, this specific theme is the one I need. Any ideas on how to fix this?

   Maybe try accessing your site via FTP, deleting the theme, and installing again. You could also try to download the theme and install manually via FTP. Instructions here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Themes
