   What does it mean when you upload a theme and it states that there is a missing style sheet and a broken theme

   Pretty much what it states - the theme is missing a critical file and cannot be activated.

   i purchased the theme and it says all the required information is in the zip file, however i am getting the message:

   The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

   do you know what i should do to fix this?

   As this is a commercial theme, we cannot really help. You need to seek support from the theme vendors.
