Missing something (5 posts)

Apparently I am missing something pretty obvious. When I access the site via my phone, I get no content. I get a bar that says "Home, followed by grey space then the footer that says "Mobile Theme" I do get the Menu in the top corner.
    Home doesn't work
    Home (why is there two?)
I tried the Registration page, which came up in desktop version and now I can't get it to go back into mobile...even after closing the browser.

I am really wanting to like this, but need help working out the bugs.

I'm using an HTC, with stock browser.

It seems that there may be a Javascript conflict affecting your menu display (and the other script-based issues you're reporting) as well as the need to port custom page templates from your desktop theme to your mobile theme to make your content available.

To isolate which plugin(s) may be contributing to the trouble, deactivate all except WPtouch from within the WordPress Plugins area, clear your browser cache and local data then test.

If WPtouch functions well, you may then enable the rest of your plugins one at a time, repeating the process, until you can identify which is/are causing the problem.

You may choose to replace the conflicting plugin with another or upgrade to WPtouch Pro which has a feature that will allow you to disable the conflicting plugin within your mobile theme but leave your desktop theme intact.

Second, the free version of WPtouch does not offer support for desktop themes that use advanced features such as custom templates but WPtouch Pro is built to accommodate advanced desktop theme functionality such as templates, custom post types, shortcodes, and more.

If you want to give WPtouch Pro a try, there's a 7-day trial period during which you have full access to support and documentation to help you set up your desktop theme's advanced functionality in your mobile theme. You may request a refund at any time within the trial period if you are not happy.

Turned off all plug-ins except WPTouch. Cleared cache. Same result. Any other suggestions?

Your desktop theme is using custom page templates to display content. The free version of WPtouch does not offer the capability to port those templates to the mobile theme.

WPtouch Pro is built to accommodate advanced desktop theme functionality such as custom page templates. If you want to give WPtouch Pro a try, there's a 7-day trial period during which you have full access to support and documentation to help you set up your desktop theme's advanced functionality in your mobile theme.
