Hi – I have two user profiles set in WP: Administrator & Editor.

When one is signed into WP as admin, the shortcode button which allows for the insertion of gallery or individual pics is present.

When one is signed into WP as editor, the shortcode button is missing.

I would like to provide my non-techy client access as editor and having the button is a lot easier for them to understand.

Is there a hidden privileges setting somewhere?

    Thanks.

    My bad.

    Under Gallery > Roles

Set the Use TinyMCE Button / Upload tab: to include Editor.
