Missing Replies to Reader Comments

    We redesigned our site Diversityinc.com back in July 2012. We have noticed that any articles with reader comments published before this date are missing the “replies” to the comments (only the original comments are displayed).

    Can you please advise? Is there a way to recover the replies, or is this a common occurrence with redesigns?

    – To rule out any theme-specific issue, try switching to the unedited default theme for a moment using the WP dashboard.
