I'm new in WordPress and I have a "small" problem. I'm using Woocommerce (WooStore) and in the prodoct page under the price and everything, shoulf be a tab with the description of the product, additional info and reviews, but instead, there is no tab! there is only the links and under the info. Something like this:
    -------------------------
    Description
    Additional Information
    Reviews (0)

    Product Description

    This is a postcard
    ----------------------
No tabs at all. I don't know if anyone can understand my problem, honestly, ii tried different ways, but nothing. I can upload a pic if someone thinks that can help me.

    Thank you all in advance!

Update your theme and framework to the latest version. Assuming your theme supports WooCommerce 2.0

Don't trust what you see in there. Look into the files and compare it to the download of the theme.

If you have done it and did it correctly and it still doesn't work, then you have to manually take care of this issue. The cause of this is the class names have changed from woocommerce_tabs to woocommerce-tabs and the CSS is referencing the wrong name...

Hence I told you to update everything but you seem to claim it still doesn't work when it should, so you have to manually do it I am afraid.

As I said, I'm very new with this thing of wordpress and making websites, I've been looking around the last hours in my website and online information about what you say, change the woocommerce_tab, but I cannot find where is the file to do it, if you or someone can tell me where is the file I will very happy.

I will not give up! and thank you again! :)

This is something you have to do on your own as we don't use the same theme as you do...

    Hi,
I have this problem with missing tabs and I need your help, please. I read your post and done everythingn hat you advised about replacing woocommerce_tabs to woocommerce-tabs and for me it is not working...
I work with WordPress 3.5.1, Woocommerce 2.0 and my theme is updated.
How can I solve this issue?

    @vaida36

1). Go to theme editor (now you're already viewing style.css), copy the section /* 4.3 WooTabs */ to later paste (anywhere) into custom.css

2)custom.css is actually where you'd replace ALL (10/ten) *woocommerce_tabs* to *woocommerce-tabs*. Do it, save it.

3). Clean your browser's cache, refresh and you're all good with the tabs!
