Hi, I had a problem that make me really frustration.
Every time I make a new post, then I click Publish or I save as draft, after the loading page my post is always missing. This condition not only happened when I make a new post but when I tried to edit my older post the same thing was happen, but when I edited my older post my post wasn't missing but it still come back in it's original condition, like I did nothing to that post.
Is it because plugin or some thing ?
Could some body help me with my problem, please ?? I very frustration with this.

Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Yes, it is look like I have a problematic plugin. I was trying as you say. I will post results later.

Yes, my problem is solved.
I've found the cause of my problem, yes that's me, not my plugins or my WP but because I'm fool.
Here's my story, I'm using Opera (the problem not because of Opera, Opera is perfect) and because my connection is very poor I often use great feature of Opera, that's Opera Turbo. When I used Turbo feature I often switch ON, switch OFF, ON again, OFF again and I think that's makes my post is missing or stuck even I edited.
What I do now is I let the Turbo ON or OFF before I login to my site and don't switch it until I logout.
