Hello everyone. I hope you can help as I am at my wits end trying to fathom why the plugins menu is simply missing from my wordpress. I have all the other menus that should be there when I go to edit my website but I cannot work out why the plugin menu is missing and what I can do to get it. Any help you are able to provide would be greatly appreciated.

Is this a wordpress.com site or a self-hosted WordPress install?

You cannot install plugins or themes on a wordpress.com site. See http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Also, these forums are for self-hosted WordPress sites only, so please try asking any future questions on http://en.forums.wordpress.com/
