I have a static page with a reservation form, I separately done the reservation form and inserted it by the PHP Include (<?php includes("reservation.php");?>. It is OK in the HTML view and when I switch to view to VISUAL, it is not seeing and missing. Can anybody help me.

It's html view, not php view. You can't just insert php inside the textarea. It doesn't work like that.
