   2 things:
   1. I've activated a custom theme and my live page shows it's active, however, wordpress does not show any theme as a "Current Theme". Why does this happen? Do I need to do something to fix it?

   2. On any particular page of multiple sites hosted on different servers, wordpress no longer has an option to select a template from a drop down menu under Page Attributes. I've checked to make sure the Screen Options is ticked. Please advise...and quicklsy please.

   #2 is of greatest importance. Thank you.

   for question number 2 . try to disable all plugins..and logout (clear cache) and then login again..this works for me..
