missing option

I used to have an option to post to my personal page AND to my facebook business page…but only the option to post to personal wall is available.

I would like to cross post to personal and biz page on facebook…is this possible any longer?

Yes – are you only seeing one post target/post type line rather than 2?

I copied the info from a post page, only seeing “post to my personal wall” no option for a second post target…. 🙁

The following options override the defaults set on the options page

Publish this post to Facebook

Post to my Personal Wall :

Can you go to the Options page and click on Refresh Status – it should then post a set of diagnostics if your diagnostic level is set correctly which should show us what pages it thinks you can post to.

Can you also post the support information from the Wordbooker Options page.

You’ll need to turn up the diagnostic message level – its in the advanced settings section. Once you’ve set it and saved the settings the messages should appear – you wont need to re-run the refresh

ok, think I got it! Thanks…sorry..not sure what had happened…i had been hacked at one point…not sure if that is how it got screwed up 🙂

changed to “show everything” but actually it is still only showing the one option to post

IF you’ve set it to show everything then you should be getting a set of messages – instead you’re getting:

Diagnostic Messages (Showing 0 from a total of 36 rows)

We need to see the diagnostic messages … that will show us what pages Wordbooker thinks you can post against.

Can you try doing a RESET session and re-authenticating against Facebook….

Thanks Pinecrest for finally getting rid of this ridiculous enforced landscaping fee…it has only been my major complaint for only 9 years…now I can save my 660 a year and pay to bills that I need to pay when I am quite capable of mowing my own lawn!!

At a guess it had lost some of the settings somewhere – if you’d tried to do a post it would have probably complained.
