   Hi,
   I am brand new to WordPress and don't know a thing about coding etc. I have loaded the latest version but the Links Tab/Widget is missing from the Dashboard Control Panel. I have tried an update but this does not fix the problem. Would a complete new install fix it or is there something else I need to do.

   Sorted.
   For those with the same problem, in the latest versions of wordpress the link manager is not included by default so you have to install it manually.

   Download and Install this plugin.The issue will be fixed .
