Missing '/' in image path for old posts

I’m having a strange problem with my blog..As I am looking to my blog old posts, I see that the images are no longer appearing as they are being served from a wrong url which is:

http://www.smartbloggerz.comwp-content/uploads/year/month/file-name.something

Did you noticed a missing ‘/’ after .com ?

Yes! That’s what the problem..Now I don’t want to go and correct that problem manually with each post.

I think it happened in this month when I probably reverted a blog backup file due to some technical reason…(this is just my assumption)

What can be a solution?

Till now I tried editing it through phpmyadmin for some 2-3 post but it didn’t solved. While doing that, the image path actually got corrected but only in the post editor mode; the image appeared in the post editor and not on the actual post (yes yes..I removed the cache twice, and also used the FLUSH option from phpMyadmin but it didn’t helped). I have to click Update once in the post editor then to make it work.

So again, what can be a good easy solution? Please help me techy people..
