   I installed the new 2.1 (woohoo), and the only issue I have found is that a number of the editing icons (bold, italics, add picture ... etc) are not showing up on the toolbar for writing a new page or post. Anyone else having this issue? I made sure all of the icons were uploaded, so did I accidentally forget to upload a certain file ... etc?

   I have a feeling it is a pretty easy thing to fix, but I still haven't found why the other images aren't loading.

   Hopefully, someone else will be kind enough to help us.

   I've got the same problem...I tried re-uploading all the /wp-include directory but that didn't help.

   An update: I found this thread and I tried clearing the cache in my browser and that did the trick. Seems to be a problem restricted to Firefox users.
