The very first administrator account (created with the installation) can add galleries to menus by selecting them in the Galleries box (next to Pages, Links and Categories)
No other administrator accounts can see the Galleries box on the Menus page therefore can not add galleries to menus.
It is not a matter of who created galleries as there is a list of galleries created by each administrator account. But only the First administrator can add them to the menu at the moment.

    Hi KaneD,

Please check access permissions for the other administrator. Maybe you are using a specific plugin affecting it. Please deactivate all the plugins except gallery, check access permissions once again and check if the problem remains the same.

    Sincerely,
    Support Team
