Missing Comments on Pages Only

For some reason, the ability to add a comment on any of my pages, the top links. (narratives, meet the masses team, about the masses) is not shown until using a mobile version?
For my posts, it works perfectly fine (aligned on my sidebar)
It is currently set to use jetpack 1.9 but even with it deactivated it is still giving the same issue. My css has not been touched or revised at all. Also, this site is self hosted.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
