Missing categories, and tags

Ok today I was in the process of updating the news on my site. All of a sudden the dash board was moving really slow. And I noticed that all of my tags and categories started missing on my posts. So I immediately deactivated every editor I had on my site and changed my passwords and even got rid of google chrome I thought maybe somebody hacked mysite.

I was in the process of uploading a picture to a post and it said the temporary folder was missing??? So I can see the most used categories and all of my posts are up except the ones in my header. All of my interviews and my headline story are in the dash board but not on the site. Categories are showing the number but I can’t see them. I tried to put in new categories it says it’s already there.

Can somebody please assist me? My site is wordonthestreetsmag.com I can not add any new posts that will show but I can add them in the dashboard. Is this a database issue? Or did somebody hack me? I’m now using firefox the latest version.
