To whom it may help,
My friend helped to set up the blog for me 1 year ago, and i have been putting my whole heart to it. But early last month, just before my celebration of the one year anniversity of writing the blog, i couldn't open my blog address any more.
I am really sad and have asked my friend to help. But he couldn't tell what was wrong.
Is there anyone can help?

Not much to go on - what exactly happens? Any error messages?
At the one year mark I would be suspicious that your Domain Name might not have gotten renewed. Check the status of your registration: http://www.dnsstuff.com/?ptype=free
Ask your Host if there is a problem with the site or registration. If it is the registration is just not paid you should be inside the grace period and not much of an issue.
