    Hello all,

I’ve had a WordPress problem for a while that I finally decided to fix. I had version 2.2 installed, and my Administration Panels consisted of:

Dashboard, Write, Manage, Comments, Blogroll, Profile.

    I’m missing:

    Presentation, Plugins, Users, Options,

    according to the Codex.

I upgraded today to V2.3.2 in hopes of recovering the missing Administration panels, but no luck. The upgrade went perfectly, but I still don’t have these four missing options.

Did I do something to nuke the four missing panels. I’d like to restore them to my Administration page (it’s not conducive to adding plugins, etc.!!), so any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks…

    Tony

  • Are you definately logged in as an admin? sounds like maybe your role has changed…

    minute44,

Thank you! I had been logging in by my name rather than by admin!

When I logged in as admin…poof, there they were!

Thank you, thank you, thank you…

Haha, no problem. A lot of the time all it takes is fresh eyes. 🙂 Might be worth while changing the role of the user with your name to admin as well to prevent this happening again.
