missing a temporary folder error (1 post)

    I have just upgraded to wordpress 3.2 and get the 'missing a temporary folder' error every time I try to upload an image.
    I have seen a lot of old comments on this from 1-2 years ago with advice on changing the php.ini file, but I cannot locate the file in my file list.
    Please help, I am wasting a lot of time trying to jump this little hurdle.
