Hey Guys,
I'm here at the apple store helping a customer manage her blog that is attached to her iWeb. We're at a point where we are in her admin panel and are trying to change her theme, as well as download some plugins. But we're running into issues where none of these panels are even showing up.
Any idea?!

that was it! Thank you very much... hahah, i feel like a noob.
Is OK - most everyone does that at times, sort of like looking for a long time for the wrench in your back pocket or as a friend did one time, he was in a panic looking for a Grand Master Key for the college he was working for - and he looked and looked in many rooms - then it dawned on him that he was using the Grand Master Key to let himself into the rooms he was looking in -
