Mirroring Webhosting to Localhost

    I have been desperately trying to mirror my FatCow Website (WordPress (zapoliceandrailwayhub)) onto my Localhost with WAMP.
    A significant part of the difficulty has been FatCow’s lack of proactive help!!

    I have arrived at the point whereby I get the following message=>

    Line 22 contains the user name as for the rest i have no idea.
