   Hi,
   I had someone put up a wordpress site on the web for me and everything is working fine. I would however like to set up a duplicate site on my home computer so that I can work on things without screwing up the live site. I downloaded a copy of the site to my home computer which is running WampServer.I also backed up a copy of the database to my home computer and imported it into my site using phpMyAdmin. I then went into the wp-config and changed the user name, database name and password so that the database would work. When I run the local site using localhost, the site comes up fine and everything works. The problem is that when I want to log onto the site so that I can get to the WordPress dashboard, no password that I use will work. The password that is used up on the web won't even work. I know that this is a simple problem but I am not good enough to see the solution. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your time.
