Minimum price is no good.

Example: If I set $10.00 as the minimum price, $10.00 is rejected and the user must enter at least $10.01. This is wrong… the minimum price is $10.00, not $10.01

This is no good, if $10.00 is set as minimum, then it needs to also accept $10.00
