Minimatica slider problems after re-activating plugins

Hi I recently upgraded to wordpress 3.5 and the slider was working perfectly. I had a few problems which I meant I had to deactivate my plugins then reactivate to fix. After doing this I noticed my slider wouldn’t work and it only shows about a quarter of an image and no other images would be on the slider. I then have to press the arrow to show the next post. It will even include posts which have no featured image. Has anyone out there experienced this same problem as I have no idea what is going on? The link to my page which will show the problem is :

The plugins I am using are, Akismet, Captain Favicon, Comprehensive Google Map Plugin, Frontpage Manager, Google Analyticator, Jetpack by WordPress.com, Really simple Facebook Twitter share buttons, Slick Contact Forms, Slideshow, WP Google Fonts and WP Htaccess Editor.
