Hi
I have posted my navigation at the top of the site and made it drop down, not up. However there is now a problem with the dropdown slightly overlapping the main navigation item, which I am not sure how to resolve.

u have to set top position

If you mean setting .nav ul ul to position:absolute, I have done so…

This solved it:

z-index:599; /*to move the dropdown up the stack*/
/*top:auto !important;*/
top:85% !important; /*to ensure the dropdown doesn’t overlap the text in the navigation*/
bottom:100%;
/*bottom:100%*/
list-style: none;
margin: 20px auto;
background: #EFEFEF;
}

To see the minimatica child I used to move the dropdowns to the top of the page go to
