Minimalist theme: how to not have sidebar collapse (4 posts)

Hi peeps. i need to have the sidebar menu not collapse after a page/post is clicked. Has anyone tried this?

I think it's a little bit confusing when a user clicks on the submenu and the sidebar goes back to its original state (collapsed). Makes it hard to navigate through a site, imo.

    Thanks,
    Hafiz

    bump.

Also, in addition to the menu staying open, having it indicate the current page.

I have the same problem. I wrote to the builder of the theme, but he didn't wanted to help in any way (even if payed).

I modified the theme and used it for http://www.nobukoakiyama.com

i managed to discover in the meantime a part of the problem:
the sidebar-menu is done with "Mootools", and is called "Accordion".
You find a tutorial for it here:
