The Minimalist Fixed theme for WordPress is a free theme designed to be clean, white and very easy to read. The theme favors usability over design, although I also believe that it’s well designed :)
The bottom of the theme has a spot for Google AdWords or a banner ad although it can be removed very quickly if you'd prefer to run without it. Minimalist Fixed is tested in IE, FireFox, Safari, a Nintendo Wii, Black Berry, Adobe Device Central and an iPhone.
