Minimalism header

HI, I’m trying to do something theoretically simple.
I’ve installed the minimalism theme and played with it a bit. I’ve take out the 45px margin on the left, but I can’t seem to workout how to get the horizontal rules in the header to shift to the left along with the rest of the content.

I’m sure it’s something simple.
