Minify (Manual Mode) files not uploaded automatically Self Hosted CDN (1 post)

I try to enable minify option in W3TC in manual mode. So, I already include all javascript and CSS. However, minified JSS files and CSS are not uploaded automatically, even I push files to my own CDN using "Host minified CSS and JS files" and push the button. It's not detected. In my source code, their url structure looks like this one:

    http://cdn.bestfishingreels.org/wp-content/cache/minify/000001/8aec8/default.include.b8fc36.css

See? W3TC automatically add "cdn" subdomain on the URL. That's why all minified files not exist or 404 not found because not uploaded previously using upload minify files facility.

So, I put in custom file list this code and upload it using upload minify files facility:
    {wp_content_dir}/cache/minify/000000/*
    {wp_content_dir}/cache/minify/000001/*

Now, all minify files working correctly because the files are exist. Do I need to add two code above to make minify files working correctly when using self hosted CDN? Or perhaps in the future W3TC can detect minified files and upload them to the self hosted CDN correctly.

    Beny
