Mini Loops plugin (3 posts)

    Hi everybody,
    I have a small issue with the Mini Loops plugin. I'm trying to get the URL to an image.

    I created a custom field using the Magic fields plugin. The field is called "sidebar_thumb".
    When I try to fetch the image in the widget:[ml_image from=customfield cfname=sidebar_thumb] I get a wrong URL.

    This is what I get:
    http://www.mydomain.de/1328357526sidebarthumb_test.jpg
    and this would be the right URL:
    http://www.mydomain.de/wp-content/files_mf/1328357526sidebarthumb_test.jpg

    I have no idea what the problem might be. I could understand if Mini Loops couldn't access the Magic Fields info at all. But changing the URL?

    Any ideas are much appreciated!

    Cheers
    Hendrik

    Hi hendrikvb,

    I think "Mini Loops" is accessing the data just fine but is unaware what the data is. For all it knows, it's an image in the public_html folder.

    "Magic Fields" has it's own function to retrieve an image directly from the wp-content/files_mf folder:

    <?php echo get_image('sidebar_thumb'); ?>

    With that it should get the whole image folder without a problem.
