Whats the deal with this site...
    http://www.icomnow.com/istore/products.php?product=Mingle-WebApp

They are selling what they call "The Mingle Web App" but when you purchase it, it's really just the free wptouch app? Are you even aware of that? Or are you in on this scam???

It may be based on WPtouch, or just look similar, but it's not affiliated with us. Since WPtouch is GPL, anyone can modify it and decide to try and sell it. That's how it goes.

You do not understand.... This is NOT modified at all. What they provide you after you buy it is NOTHING like they describe it as on the sales page. As a matter of fact, it doesn't even work completely with Mingle at all. I already have wptouch and use it myself on many of my sites so I would know if there were anything different. As a matter of fact, it even shows up in the plugins page as created by the same person and your wptouch updates are made to this file.... it is EXACTLY the same and not-modified at all. They are reselling YOUR plugin. When I questioned them about it... I stopped receiving any further emails from them. It's obvious fraud.

It is that plugin that I purchased that even has this page listed as it's support site. It even has the wptouch creators name on it. They just took your file and sold it.

Don't be confused by their advertisement page... the product we get is the EXACT SAME THING as the one you give out.... without a single modification made to it. They weren't even smart enough to put their own name on it.

Sounds like they are taking people for a bit of a run with a seemingly disingenuous product. It's unfortunate, but there's nothing we can do about it as it appears they're not breaching GPL and they're not infringing our Trademark.

The best thing you can do is be vocal on your website, social networks etc. about that company and their business practices.

Still communicating with them. It seems that they are claiming the default theme is original but I am yet to resolve the issue as to why the theme still looks identical to yours.
