   Hello,
   I've migrated a site to wordpress before and used a plugin to provide 301 redirects of pre existing pages to new wordpress pages. Well the site fell off the face of google! What a nightmare!

   I would like to migrate a tiny 5 page site to wordpress and I would really like to use mod_rewrite to INVISIBLY redirect to the new pages.
   I would love to find an online generator or such, where I can enter the old address and the new address for each page and have it write the .htaccess file. Does anyone know of such a thing? Does anybody know a simple format I can use to make this happen? I've searched and searched to no avail.

   Try searching for htaccess generator. You'll find quite a few, like this one and this one.
