   I have to move the website to a new hosting.
   I have taken the backup of both the website and the database.

   Where do I change the settings.

   the domain name is also changing.

   You need to create a new database on your new server and edit your wp-config.php file with the new database settings

   I have 5 full blog posts showing different ways to do this on my site

   I editing the wp-config.php and entered the new database path. The database is there at the new path/server

   When i go to the path http://204.93.193.150/~meridill/ it takes to Google search.
   When I go to:
   http://204.93.193.150/~meridill/wp-admin it takes to the old website.
