Migrating a theme

    How to migrate a theme to modified (new) url to replace an older version (2.5 word press website on Live-Wire Edition/Premium News). The Live-Wire is a paid theme, I want to transplant files and activate on new draft site to REPLACE (not add to) the former blog site.
