Migrate posts from 1.5.1 to 3.4

    Hi,

    i got a very old wordpress installation from a friend running on version 1.5.1. I would like to install newest version and need to migrate my existing 900+ posts. Is that possible and what would be the best way. I`m an experienced php developer so some fancy database scripts would be possible too 😉
