Migrate data from 1.5.2 version to 2.2.1

    Hello all!
    I need help to migrate data i actually have in a wordpress 1.5.2 version to the newest wordpress 2.2.

    I’m attemting to migrate my blog to a new hosting provider and i’ll need know the necesary sequence of steps to preserve my data.
