   I'll look into it.
   The API specs aren't exactly clear on what the "correct" format for categories is. But obviously, our current code for the metaweblog.getCategories method has some deeper problem at the moment.

   Thanks a million. I've started thinking about leaving WordPress for something else that is compatible with the offline blog editors, so it's good to know the problem is on the radar screen.

   erogers, I can now use w.bloggar, without any issues, Choose "metaWebLog API -multi" in the account settings options. That may help.
