Metaslider in table cell doesn't display

I have the shortcode for metaslider in the first cell of the table on home page.
When viewing on mobile phone, it doesn’t show anything for that first cell, but correctly shows all other cells in the table.
If I go to another page and come back to the home page, it does show the first slide in the metaslider, but that’s it.
