Meta tags and description not matching, and not changing

Hi there,

My site: http://www.planethousemusic.net which I am developing again is having problems with titles etc. On google, my description isn’t appearing, and the site title is displayed wrong. I am using the ‘WordPress SEO’ plugin. Any reasons as to why this isn’t changing once I modify them?
