    1.
    <meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow" />
    <meta name="description" content="..." />
    <meta name="keywords" content="..." />
    If I use the first one in combination with descritopion and keywords. Will people be able to search at i.e. google for my keywords and still find my blogg even when i have noindex and nofollow for robots?

    and

    Will the robot line stop all robots from searching my site or do i need to have the robots.txt in my root too? How do you people do, do you block robots or not?

    2.
    <meta name="language" content="sv" />
    <meta http-equiv="content-language" content="sv" />
    Which one of the above to use? I write the blog in swedish, yes. :)

    Just for fellow users benefit, having the above mentioned robots meta tag will cause most well-behaved bots from indexing the page, as the tag implies.
