meta-slider with (in) responsive-theme: can i do this

run wp 3.9.1 with the following theme

and the plugin Meta-Slider

question: can i add the image into the slider too:

like this:

like that:

[metaslider id=6]

or should i take the recommended image-allery FooBox Image Lightbox
(note this was recommended at the admin-area of the responsive-theme)
