   Can someone please advise me how I can edit and change the Title and meta name for my pages o my website http://www.timeoutbookings.co.za

   I am using the mystique 2.4.2 theme.

   I have tried various SEO plugins with limited success, they only add a Title but no meta name plus they seem to slow the site down considerably.
