Ok on my theme "vintage..." at the bottom of the sidebar it has a Meta heading with links below... I can not get rid of it. I can not find the code to delete it and I am going bonkers. can someone help me. its a

Looks like you're using a widget, from what I can see in the code.
In your admin areas go to "Design" then "widgets,"
Under "Current Widgets" select your sidebar from the drop-down list.
Edit the meta widget and remove it.
Widgets are supposed to make life easy. I find it easier to pretend they don't exist.
(Later: By the way, I believe you're not allowed to use the term "WordPress" in your domain name. It's a breach of copyright.)
I was not aware of the wordpress issue but this site is just tempory untill it is complete my host guy gave me a subdomain name untill i am done with the site.
as for the other I tried to do that but the bottom Meta does not go away but the admin does? I think it is in the theme someware but I have no idea
In that case it's probably near the bottom of sidebar.php. You can edit the file directly in the design area of your admin.
