   How to fix this on multisite:

   Language
   Declared: en-us
   Detected: ro

   The language you have specified in your website is different than the language detected by Google™. Use the META Language Tag to specify the natural language of your website.

   no i want to change just declaration is possible?

   Admin panel in english and site content in ro

   Unless the theme on the front side is also showing in ro you're going to get that warning every time.
