For the GoDaddy problem, contact GoDaddy support. They should be able to get you logged back in.

Then you can use the File Manager to upload a fresh copy of the header.php file.

    Hi Go Daddy Member,

This is not an issue of logging into go daddy. It is an issue of actually logging into the main wordpress website.

The user on wordpress I made is rand5184. I tried accessing it onto the actual wordpress website, and it was not finding it. It works fine on go daddy, where i made the initial wordpress...just not on the actual site.

If you installed WordPress through the Go Daddy hosting connection, you should be able to access the username and password for the admin area there. Here's how: http://go.me/Vj

Alternatively, you can change your admin password through phpMyAdmin or FTP. This article will show you how: http://go.me/Vi

Hopefully one of these will help you get in. If not, please do contact support. They'll be happy to assist.
