Messed up in General Settings

    Hi,
    I changed my “WordPress address url” by adding home to it and, since there is apparently no such address, I can’t get back to dashboard/general settings to change it back.
    I can sign in but then I only get a < The link you just followed was broken. Head back home.> which takes me to my home page.
    How do I get back into general settings to fix this.
