MesoColumn blocks social share buttons

    I am using mesocolumn, but I realized it blocks social share buttons on home page.

    For example: socializer plugin don’t show buttons on home page neither floating bar..

    I want a floating share bar on my site’s index page, but none works with the theme.

    I’ll appreciate any help,

    the theme use get_the_excerpt in homepage or featured category grid.
    assuming the plugin only active with the_content() filter. it is working in single post/page right?

    Yes exactly, on single posts they work fine and great.. But not on home page or category page.

    May be that’s the reason that on hope page, it grabs the full image (not the thumbnail) from the posts which makes the home page loading time slow.

    @umairrocksx Do you mean a vertical share bar on the left?

    If so, then I’ve found that AA’s Digg Digg Alternative, Floating Social Buttons and Smart Layers by AddThis seem to work fine on Mesocolumn.

    BTW, I’m using Smart Layers after some trials.

    yeap but i think @umairrockx meant social share for individual post in homepage. i think digg2 only work in single page. and homepage only share the home url not post. could be wrong tho.
